ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Source System records getting inactive with merge process

While merging records with Original System References, it is expected for the OSRs of the non surviving records to be re-parented and added to the surviving record. But this is not happening

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The OSRs should be transferred to the surviving record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Account A with OS=EXT and OSR=111
2. Create Account B with OS=EXT and OSR=222
3. Merge the 2 records and verify that the surviving record will only have his own OSR

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the merged records are not being identified as the proper external records. Causes issue with data integrity
