Symptoms
Not able to selectively transact Resource in an Orderless Completion / Scrap using REST API.
The REST API is automatically transacting resources from all operations linked to the Work definition.
It doesn't allow user to selectively transact Resource units based on actual consumption details sent by an external MES system.
