Jobs Are Stuck in a Running Status for Days (Doc ID 2556435.1)

Symptoms

When viewing the Job Status list in P6 Professional or the View Service Status list in P6 Web, jobs are shown to be in a running state for an extended period of time (for example, one or more days).

For example, if the configuration for a job type (such as copy project) shows that 2 jobs can run concurrently, more than 2 jobs can show as running, and those jobs may be dated one or more days ago.
