Symptoms

Editing EPRCS Report results in error similar to:
A service error has occurred. Select "Provide Feedback" and contact Oracle Support.

Additional Error in EPRCS diagnostic logs:
The Member "######" in dimension "######" was not found in data source "######". This member is used inside merged cells.
