Goal

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Payroll

Using PBL to load a ICP element for 1000 employees

have a requirement to load the elements from an individual compensation plan for 1000 employees.

HDL does not yet support IC Plans and we no Longer have access to FBL or Spread sheet loader

In referencing Fusion Global Payroll: Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) FAQ and Troubleshooting Guide (Doc ID 2016702.1), I couldn't find the task action name which is relevant to ICP.

Could you please provide me detailed steps.
