ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction Type

Transaction Type>Account Issue, Type>Account source
related transactions (dated back to 2017) not getting transferred to GL(stayed as draft accounted)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction getting transferred to GL(accounted in final mode)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run period end validation realized that 62 old transactions stayed as a draft accounted
When Create accounting is run in final mode(with transfer to GL as yes) these 62 transaction not getting transferred to GL"XLA_AP_FATAL_SQL_ERROR! Module: xla_evt_update_events, Statement: Call XLA_FSN_ACCT_CHILD_PKG.postprocess_entries, Oracle error: ORA-20001: No active sequencing assignment was found. Verify your assignment for ledger {LED_NAME}, sequencing event {SEQ_EVENT} and journal entry type {JRNL_ENTRY_TYPE}.ORA-06512: at "FUSION.XLA_FSN_ACCT_CHILD_PKG",
