How to populate self service user as Primary Contact on the SR when the user created the SR from DCS (Doc ID 2556874.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Service Requests

Primary contact is not setting up in engagement cloud when the SR is created from DCS

while creating the service request by self service user in the DCS the primary contact is not being populated as the self service user, even though the account the contact is setting up correctly.
