On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An user has is trying to change a Group to a Product in the Products tab from Opportunities. 
The arrows of the drop down lists are different than those of another user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To have the same behavior for all users (arrows and the drop down list expandable)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Opportunity
2. Go to Products tab
3. try to select from drop down list on group
