Benefits Enrollment for Rehire Employee with Start Date Change

We have a rehire, who was originally entered with a 6/3/2019 hire date -- however, this date was changed to 6/10/2019. I am unable to enroll her in benefits with her new hire life event for 6/10/2019.

I have checked the dates in the system -- and they all reflect 6/10/2019. We have had no other issues with other employees being able to enroll in benefits, so I think this issue is specific to this person and may be an issue with a table behind the scenes.
