Benefits Enrollment for Rehire Employee with Start Date Change

We have a rehire, who was originally entered with a 6/3/2019 hire date -- however, this date was changed to 6/10/2019. I am unable to enroll her in benefits with her new hire life event for 6/10/2019.

I have checked the dates in the system -- and they all reflect 6/10/2019. We have had no other issues with other employees being able to enroll in benefits, so I think this issue is specific to this person and may be an issue with a table behind the scenes.

"The coverage value cannot be null for the coverage calculation's coverage multiple rule. Review the coverage calculation setup. (BEN-990285)
This error occurred in the package ben_determine_coverage.main. Context at the time of error: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Program US Benefits Program, Plan Basic Term Life, Plan Type Basic Term Life, Option 1x Salary, Coverage Basic Term Life."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rehire employee with 6-3-2019 date
2. Update date to 6-10-2019
3. Process event to make elections
4. Error is thrown
