On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

When attempting to Create Journal in Spreadsheet,
the following error occurs.

"The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Customer is encountering the following error when we are trying to upload journals via ADFDi with higher lines of data.

"The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly."

There is no consistency to the error though as sometimes they can upload a large entry then another time the entry fails

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users having the same issues occur at busy periods when GL Journals are being processed by all organisations at month end.
