Goal

We omitted to migrate the 'Employer Pay Bill for Apprenticeship Levy' balance for employees during the data migration from legacy system. Can we do a balance adjustment for all employees with a balance for 'Employer Pay Bill Interim' with an effective date of 1st March if we want the data to be included in March EPS.
