Saving Item Rule Set Is Throwing Error (Doc ID 2557610.1)

On : NA version, Item Rule Sets

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Saving Item rule set is throwing error

When trying to save item rule set after modification its throwing stated error 'The value A is not valid for the attribute Approval Status. (EGO-2745545)'. But if I change the Approval status to approved. am able to save it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open setup and maintenance -> Manage item rule sets
2. Open any existing rule set (exp: NIR SW GOM Set to Yes)
3. In existing rules the where ever we used the condition [Item].[Item Basic].[Approval Status] == "Draft" it got changed to [Item].[Item Basic].[Approval Status] == "D"
  or [Item].[Item Basic].[Approval Status] == "Approved" got changed to [Item].[Item Basic].[Approval Status] == "A".
  Changed the D to Draft and save the ruleset, it got saved.
  When reopening the rule set the value Draft is changed back to D.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, rules are not getting validated and are not able to save the rule set.
