Reference Accounts Are Not Getting Updated In The Application Loaded Through 4 Tab Customer Import

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Customer Import
Reference Accounts are not getting updated in the application when loading through 4 tab customer import
Users try to update the Reference Accounts for already existing customers in the application, through 4 TAB.
The Customer Import through 4 TAB is shown as Succeeded. But, the when users verify the customers in the application, there are no reference accounts updated.
