Commitment Configured Fields Not Recalculating When Formula Parameters Are Updated. (Doc ID 2557672.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Calculations for custom fields stopped working for our custom fields. These are type Formula.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

For the Confirgured fields to calculate correctly.

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create commitment configured field using formula.
2. Update one of the parameters used in the formula.
3. Open Commitment.
4. Go back to Commitment list => configure field shows same value / not updated.
