On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The mandatory end date for the cards has been removed as employees have continuous benefits.
However in the P11d XML and PDF the start date on the output is showing as the start of the tax year (06-Apr-2018)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When this is a continuation of benefit this should be blank on the output.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Remove end date form the calculation card
2. See the P11d output - Available date From 06/04/18
