When Attempting to Add Codes or UDFs to an Existing Analysis the Folders Do Not Expand and Existing Reports Show the Error "Error Getting Cursor in GenerateHead" (Doc ID 2557720.1)

When clicking on Codes or UDFs the folders never expand. The just spin. In the existing reports all the names of the Codes and UDFs are the default names e.g. Project Code Description 10, Project UDF Text 12
There is an error when running existing reports.

Error Details:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an analysis
2. Try adding a new UDF and/or Code
3. When clicking on Codes and/or UDFs the folders never expand. The indicator continually spins.
4, When trying to run an existing analysis an error occurs relating to Codes and/or UDFs
