Unable to Access Folders and Dashboards in V3 Analytics

Could you please check the reason why I am getting this error? This occurs when I clicked Folders | Dashboards links under Folders and Dashboards Visibility in Analytics v3.
"The view is not accessible. Contact your company administration for access."
