Profiler: User Unable to Install Profiler, Sign-In Does Not Accept Credentials

Symptoms
Try to install Profiler as per the steps below:
- Follow the Profiler installation URL provided in Eloqua Help Center Installing Profiler product documentation.
- Log in with your Eloqua credentials, if required.
- Click Accept and Install to add the app to your Apps list.
- Confirm your credentials and click Sign In.
After clicking Sign In in step 4, it will not redirect to Profiler Configuration page, but keep asking for Sign In again and again.
