Symptoms

Unable to See Signature Image from Document Manager

Added a driver signature to the events from the mobile app for "Shipment Delivered" event which is enroute completed status".
A Signature and photo added at the same time.

While performing an action from OTM application, Buy Shipment > Actions > Business Process Automation > Documents > Limited Documents black screen comes for signature.

Steps:
1. created a shipment
2. added tracking event "Shipment Delivered" from mobile with the driver signin
3. while adding event, did a signature and added photo
4. Try to see the added signature and photo in shipment page action Buy Shipment > Actions > Business Process Automation > Documents > Limited Documents
