Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
AR Billing - DFF value not saving and unable to use this value in Custom SLA.
NOTE: When Creating Transaction using FBDI value is saved properly.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DFF values should be saved and should be able to use in SLA
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Transaction Line DFF
2. Create a Transaction
3. Add DFF value manually and save
4. Go back to add DFF. Value will not be saved as done in step 3
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save DFF values and unable to use it in SLA setup.
