Fusion Succession Management: Line Manager Is Unable To View All The Candidates In The Succession Plan (Doc ID 2558119.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Talent Review

When the line manager views the succession plan details for the direct reports, he is unable to see all the candidates included in the plan. The line manager is able to view only those candidates in the plan who are in his reporting hierarchy. Other candidates not in his reporting hierarchy cannot be viewed by the line manager.

Steps:
- Login as Line Manager
- My Team > My Team
- Click on a direct report
- Click on Succession Planning card
- Click on the succession plan name to view the candidates

The candidates section does not show the candidates who are not in the line manager's reporting hierarchy.
