Symptoms

After logging in to PBCS and clicking the Reports card on the landing page, a blank page results. This happens to all users and regardless of browser type (IE, Chrome, and Firefox). From the Navigator, users are able to successfully access the Explore Repository module and access Financial Reporting (FR) reports.
