Information in this document applies to any platform.
Performance of the application degraded and became unusable when 6-7 users were performing heavy case processing activities.
Within 30 minutes of heavy system use (data entry, opening bulky cases (with lot of events), auto scheduling,…). System became quickly slow.
1. The Argus Web Server CPU usage came quickly to 100%.
2. Tab switching in the case form was taking more than a minute.
