FUSION Global Payroll: User Cannot Clear the Effective End Date from the Associations on the Calculation Card (Doc ID 2558542.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
user is attempting to clear end date from association on tax card.
After clicking OK from warning nothing happens.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
End date should be cleared.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tax card for user
2. Click actions and click Clear End Date
3. Click okay when warning pops up.
4. review association and still see end date is not cleared.
