Issue When Doing Execute RF Transaction For Batch Items

If you want to substitute inventory using the RF Pack NC transaction, and the original inventory was part of an allocation that was based on the expiry range, the system will only allow you to substitute with inventory that is within that time frame. If allocation has happened without defining the expiration window range, then substituted inventory should match the expiration date with the allocated inventory. This check will happen during picking from reserve or active using the Non-Cubed Active Picking screen.
After 18C 4b, in RF while picking batch is getting an unexpected Substitute error when not trying to
substitute. Steps similar to below.
1. Go to Execute Tasks in RF
2. Press CTRL+P and enter Task nbr
3. Scan OBLPN nbr
4. Enter item xxx
5. Scan Batch number nnnnnn
6. Get substitute error " Substitute failed "
