Symptoms

DESCRIPTION:

Issues App file error when trying to select a folder to add a File to. User is an Admin.

ERROR:
Unable to Load Data
API not found
PRM-001003005

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Issues App.
2. Select an already existing or create a new Issue.
3. Click to add a File. When selecting a folder, an error message is received.
