'Item Unit Cost<uuu_unit_price>' Sometimes Becomes Read-Only After the User Picks the Reference (Doc ID 2558814.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

Sometimes in either a Change Commit or Payment Applications type Business Process record, when adding Line Item data the editable 'Item Unit Cost<uuu_unit_price>' Data Element field will change to Read-Only after the user picks the reference, and other times it will remain editable.

The user expects that it should always remain editable or always be Read-Only after the reference is picked.
