Milestones were not taking in account custom availability.

Admin user have entered data into Manage Availability, and set own calendar for milestones, however, the system was not taking it into account the custom calendar when a Service Request was created, it was still operating on the 24/7 default calendar.
Admin user have been through the set up of Manage Availability, Standard Coverage and Default Coverage, but it is still not working.
