On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Required Onboarding Tasks can be skipped with new "Not Applicable" option

Required onboarding tasks now have a new option called "mark as not applicable" which moves the task to completed status without requiring the employee to complete the task.

This new option essentially negates the "require" field.


STEPS
-----------------------
New Hire –
1. Select Onboarding Tile
2. Select “Review State Tax Elections” Task
3. Select “Not Applicable” in the top right corner
4. Select “Yes”
5. Task Moves to “Completed Tasks” as Not Applicable – eliminating the need for the employee to complete the task.
