On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When go to Workspace, Create an Appt on Opportunity, the record does not include the Account already associated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The workspace link on Create Appt, should have the Account associated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Steps to recreate:
1. workspaces
2. go to Opportunities search
3. click the Actions column three dots
4. create appointment
Result - the appointment does not include the associated Account

2. go to Leads search
3. click the Actions column three dots
4. create appointment
Result - the appointment does not include the associate Account
