Carousel Menus Not Working With Chrome Version 75 (Doc ID 2559282.1)

Goal

Users are having issues with missing buttons on Carousel card menus in the Web channel. For example:
- System.Qna: View button on cards
- System.CommonResponse: Action buttons for response items of type card

The issue occurs when upgrading to Version 75 of Chrome
