Symptoms
When performing a Commerce action on a quote, the action runs for approximately 30 minutes before an error message appears on the screen:
Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.
The action does complete successfully, as seen by the quote history and performance logs.
