Expression Field Error On Label Designer For Barcode. Date Format not Working Properly (Doc ID 2559708.1)

Goal

Working the Expression field in Label designer for the Barcode. In the expression is using facility_time (args=u'%d/%m/%Y - %H:%M') function but the function is returning wrong date format (and date)

The date is always printed as "d/10/2018 - 13:35" Note the letter "d" instead of the actual day number

Also, the date is always printed as d/MM/YY - HH:MI format despite the arguments specified, for example, customer specify format as "u%d" (no year or time).
