Symptoms

A new OCI LBaaS configuration with a Forms 12+ Cluster and either a Forms Java Web Start client or Forms Stand Alone client.

LBaas is configured with session persistence1 for two backend servers running Forms and Reports.  Accessing the servers from either a Forms Java Web Start client or a Forms Stand Alone client fails with the error:
