Suppliers page not opening after the read only mode is enabled on user account
User has the Supplier Inquiry Role, but once the Read Only Profile is enabled, error appears and User cannot read the Supplier setup details.
Need the ability to assign both the Supplier Inquiry Role and the Read Only Profile.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the read only profile for the user:
Setup and Maintenance-> Manage Administrator Profile Values-> FND_READ_ONLY_MODE-> Add User and Enable the profile
2. User clicks on Supplier to go to Supplier Profile
3. The supplier UI starts throwing error
- It is happening for all the users where read only profile is enabled. For the users who have been assigned Supplier Inquiry Role without Read Only Profile, it is working fine.
