Compensation change statements - The Template to generate statement is not available

Compensation change statements are not generating in our new instance.

We receive an error message

This error is referenced in the document Doc ID 2055542.1. However, when I took the requested steps, the issue was not resolved. The report had previously worked as intended in previous instances. It has not worked since the instance was refreshed.

The Template to generate statement is not available n the template repository. Please check with your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Compensation > Act as proxy > Select Comp Plan
2. Click on Statements icon
3. Click on view/print statement icon for employee/manager
4. PDF statement generates and error is showing in the PDF.
