Employees changing elections during New Hire / Other life Events
Employees have 30 days windows to make elections during New Hire Life Events. If an employee changes his elections multiple times during this window the previous Element Entry gets completed deleted instead of getting end-dated. This causes an issue in the Interface.
The Interface simply sends new elections without sending Term Date for Prior One. However, Vendor is expecting a Term Date for Prior elections whenever there is a change in Elections.
Changes are send to vendor daily. Need the ability to send end date of prior coverage over when new coverage is selected with same effective date.
