Symptoms

Problem Summary:

Customer has added a new list type field on Contact Object, which helps to classify a record after it has been created, to know if it is a client or prospect type.

Attribute added in Duplicate Identification Batch: Selection Criteria, to be used when creating the matching rule in the duplicate identification process.

After this configuration, we created a new duplicate identification rule to perform the respective tests, but we are getting the following error:

The duplicate identification batch criteria rules failed to query any records. Tag value OCS_Tipo_Registro_c of Lookup Type ZCH_MATCH_OBJ_PERSONand Lookup Code OCS_REGISTRO_STRING must be a valid attribute of PersonParty attribute after publishing the sandbox.
