Error In Receiving An Item In My Receipt due to incorrect UOM during Shipment (Doc ID 2559984.1)

PROBLEM STATEMENT
=================
The customer is trying to perform receipt of Transfer Order and getting an
error "A receiving transaction processor error occurred for the following
number of receiving transaction lines: 1."

As per RCV_INTERFACE_ERRORS table data, the error is as below

"The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in
package name RCV_TO_PROCESSOR_PVT.maintain_to_receipt_qty with error code 1
and error text User-Defined Exception."

and

" The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in
package name RCV_TO_PROCESSOR_PVT.process_transaction with error code 1 and
error text User-Defined Exception."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
User create Internal Request from 'Enter Requisition Line'
Once approved, system automatically create a Transfer Order
Pick wave program runs in every 2 minutes for ADMIN_CONSUMABLES inventory Org
Pick confirm the TO in Confirm Pick Slip UI
Ship Confirm in Manage Shipment UI

1. GO to My receipts > Search Transfer Order
2. Select line with item 100283 > Receive
3. Enter Receipt Quantity (Check UOM and select Each, if required to change)
4. Submit
5. Error: A receiving transaction processor error occurred for the following
number of receiving transaction lines: 1.

This item is internally transferable item with UOM conversion.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
Receipt should be successful with out any error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
===============
Customer is not able to perform receipt for this Transfer order
