Symptoms

 Customer is creating Resources using Manage File Import Activities. But facing the below challenges:

- Users are created in 'Inactive' status although I'm setting the field 'UserActiveStatus' set to 'Y'
- Roles associated to the Resource Role are not provisioned automatically (the Auto-Provision check is set in the provisioning rules).
