Symptoms
Pending notifications from BPM worklist are missing. Administrators had a mass user name update recently and pending notifications went away. How can users get notifications back since there are hundreds of invoices, expenses, PO's change orders requests, supplier profile change requests that are pending approval. Users can not not take action as notifications are missing.
It is expected that notifications are there after a name update.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
