OAC: Running a Data Flow Returns Execution Failed Status UNKNOWN Error

Symptoms
A data flow is created and saved. On running / executing the data flow, the following error is thrown:-
Something Went Wrong
It looks like we did something wrong. ...
Step [j] Execution failed. Status: UNKNOWN. Message: null
However, the steps in the data flow did complete successfully.
For example:
Say the last step in the data flow is to "Save Data" to Data Set Storage; then even though the above Error is thrown, the "Saved Data Set" will be created and visible in the Data > Data Sets page.
Or, Say the last step in the data flow is to "Save Model"; then even though the above Error is thrown, the Model will be created and visible in the Machine Learning page.
