On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to add a filter to a custom DCL's Data Filter, Simple Filter.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There is no error; the field is simply not added to the filter.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Configuration > Application Composer
3. Set Application to ERP and SCM Cloud
4. Expand Objects > Custom Objects > > Fields
5. Create a DCL field Resource with Related Object set to Resource and with List Selection Display Value set to Resource Name
6. Add Search Field to Data Filter, Simple Filter for field Effective As-of Date
7. There is no error; the field is not added

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the desired filter on the DCL.
