On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Contact import is ending is status Unsuccessful

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon)
4. Create Contact import with the following mapping:
PersonProfile PartyNumber
PersonProfile PartyOrigSystem
PersonProfile PartyOrigSystemReference
PersonProfile PersonFirstName
PersonProfile PersonLastName
PersonProfile PersonTitle
PersonProfile PersonMiddleName
PersonProfile Gender
PersonProfile DateOfBirth
Email PartyNumber
Email CpOrigSystem
Email CpOrigSystemReference
ContactEmail EmailAddress

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the Contact import.
