Error in Create Import Activity : Enter Import Options page when uploading the import file.
While creating an import, an error occurs on the Create Import Activity : Enter Import Options page
Your request could not be completed because of an error with the content management server. Contact your help desk.The request could not be completed because of the following error: The attachment information cannot be retrieved. (FND-2403) Details: The attachment information could not be retrieved because the file repository is unavailable. Cause: The file repository is unavailable at this time. Action: Contact your help desk...oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon)
4. Select "Upload From Desktop" option
5. Click the Choose File button
6. Select the File; the error occurs
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an import activity.
