Symptoms

Though inclusion criteria is defined in material availability rule, released work orders are not populated in the Material Availability Assignment UI

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Released work orders should be populated in the Material Availability Assignment form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Work Execution > Material Availability Assignment
2. Released orders are not displayed
