TCC: XSL post-process step fails with large export (Doc ID 2561015.1)

Symptoms

A post-process XSL step has the following error:

Description:   The XML input format is invalid.
Reason:        The root element containing the records has not been found.
Step:          Transform with XSL.

  

 

Changes

 Customer requested temporary TCC limits increase and it was granted.
