On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

The territory geography import is ending in error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The geography SANTA TERESITA does not exist in the master geography setup. Enter a valid geography name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Click Actions > Create (or the Create icon)
4. Object = Territory geographies
5. Mapping:
  ImpGeoTerritory ActionCode
  ImpGeoTerritory GeographyOrZoneName
  ImpGeoTerritory LanguageCode
  ImpGeoTerritory SourceId
  ImpGeoTerritory ParentSourceId
  ImpGeoTerritory GeographyOrZoneType
  ImpGeoTerritory ZoneCode
  ImpGeoTerritory CountryName
  ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName1
  ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName2
  ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName3
  ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName4
