ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The latitude field is not working properly in BP.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The latitude field should work properly in BP.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the environment
- Go to Shell
- User mode
- Create a new project
- Chose the second option
- Complete the mandatory fields
- Save
- Select the project and open it
- Go to the field project location and open it
- The pop up will display for 2 seconds the 2 fields In which you should enter the location, and after that 2 seconds will display only the map.
