On : 11.13.19.04.0 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Generate payslip process is not responding for USD payroll - log file for the process showing:

BIPJobExecutable Execution failed with Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReportDefinition for reportAbsolutePath [/Custom/Human Capital Management/Payroll/Regulatory and Tax Reporting/Emirates/AE Payslip.xdo] Failure: Due to oracle.xdo.server.ReportException: oracle.xdo.servlet.CreateException: java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation: /Custom/Human Capital Management/Payroll/Regulatory and Tax Reporting/Emirates/AE Payslip.xdo, user: fusion_apps_hcm_ess_appid, permission: 192
